I believe having a relationship with Christ is the only way to achieve complete health & wholeness (or wellbeing). While we may not always experience this during our lives on Earth (John 16:33), the Lord does promise it when we go to be with Him in eternity (Rev. 21:3-4).

On Earth we can expect difficulty, including with our mental health and wellbeing. And Christians are certainly not exempt.

In this blog you’ll find:

  • Encouraging devotionals with an outdoors twist – cos I like that kind of thing and getting outside is great for your wellbeing
  • Stories from people who are living the adventure with Christ at their side
  • Informative articles covering a range of mental health and wellbeing topics
  • Posts showing just how fantastic and beautiful God’s Creation really is
